We are starting our tour from FILERIMOS (Free time 40 minutes)
Filerimos is a historic hill located near the town of Ialyssos on the island of Rhodes, Greece. At its summit lies the Monastery of Filerimos, built on the ruins of an ancient acropolis dedicated to Athena. Visitors can also walk the "Way of the Cross," a path lined with stone reliefs leading to a towering cross offering sweeping views of the island. Filerimos is a peaceful and spiritual destination, perfect for history lovers and nature seekers alike.
Our next stop is BUTTERFLY VALLEY (Free time 1 hour)
Butterfly Valley (Petaloudes) is one of the most enchanting natural sites on Rhodes Island, especially during summer when thousands of Jersey tiger moths gather in the shaded valley. The area is filled with lush vegetation, streams, wooden bridges, and winding paths that create a serene and magical atmosphere.
Our next stop is to EMPONAS VILLAGE (Free time 30 minutes) for wine testing
Empona (also spelled Embonas) is a traditional mountain village nestled on the slopes of Mount Attavyros, the highest peak on Rhodes Island. Known for its vibrant local culture, Empona is a center of winemaking, with family-run wineries offering tastings of the island’s famous wines.
We stop to MONOLITHOS (Free time 10 minutes) for beautiful pictures
Monolithos is a charming village on the western coast of Rhodes, best known for the impressive Monolithos Castle perched high on a rocky hill overlooking the Aegean Sea.
